Terms of sale

These terms govern the purchase of AIASafe licences from AgentesIA Lab, S.L. (Tax ID B27602085, Calle Bruselas 36B, 28232 Las Rozas de Madrid, España).

What you are buying

A licence to use AIASafe on the number of computers stated in your plan. The software runs on your machines and stores backups in destinations you choose and control. The free plan requires no purchase.

Prices and VAT

Prices shown include VAT at the applicable rate. Payment is handled by Stripe; we do not store card details. You receive an invoice by email for every payment.

Renewal and cancellation

Annual and monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account area, and the licence stays active until the end of the paid period. The lifetime plan is a single payment and does not renew.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, by writing to hola@aiasafe.com.

Important: when you complete the purchase you expressly ask us to give you immediate access to the licence, and you acknowledge that by doing so you lose your right of withdrawal once it has been issued (art. 103.m of the Spanish consumer act). If you would rather keep the right, do not accept immediate delivery: write to us first and we will arrange it.

The 30-day Pro trial requires no card and no purchase, so you can try the product in full before paying anything.

What we do not promise

AIASafe is a tool that helps you keep your data safe; it is not an insurance policy. We cannot guarantee that a backup will always succeed, that a third-party storage provider will stay available, or that data will be recoverable if you lose your recovery key — that key is the only way in, and we do not hold a copy.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the incident. This limit does not apply to damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor does it affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
